Making Austin affordable!
Making Austin affordable!
Seabrook Square – A Proposal for 3515 Manor Rd.
Brought to you by NHP Foundation, Capital A Housing and Integral Care

Austin’s ‘Affordability Unlocked’ Development Bonus Program is a part of the larger City plan that has a goal of building 60,000 affordable housing units by 2027. It is one the key programs to achieve the affordable housing goals and expanding rental and home-ownership opportunities.
Our Project ‘The A at Lamppost’ would not have been possible without the Affordability Unlocked program. We have spent over a year getting pre-groundbreaking approvals and have created a pathway for other affordable housing developers

Project
Our project ‘The A at Lamppost‘ was the first ‘Affordability Unlocked’ project to break ground in Austin and aims to create benchmarks in the development of affordable housing across Austin. We’ve defied logistical challenges even during the pandemic and are on target to finish the project by Fall 2021. Take a look at our innovative ground-breaking ceremony – social distancing approved!
