The Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC), established in 1979 under the Texas Housing Finance Corporation Law, operates as a nonprofit entity overseen by the Austin City Council. The AHFC focuses on planning and executing housing solutions to aid low- and moderate-income Austin residents.

Allied Orion Group is a real estate development group specializing in multi-family developments across Texas. AOG will be the property managers of Seabrook Square upon completion of construction.

ANEWENTRY, INC. (ANE), is a faith-based 501(c)3 organization serving the greater Austin community through mental health, treatment, and housing support. They envision every life affected by homelessness, addiction, and incarceration to be healed, restored to wholeness, and set free to live in hope and eternal purpose.

Civilitude Engineers and Planners is a sister firm of Capital A Housing under the HEXAH Group of Companies. Civilitude provides civil, site design, and permitting services for all Capital A projects.
Constructinople is a general contractor offering design build services. As one of the last major steps in tackling affordability, Constructinople handles all of the active design and construction of projects to deliver consistent counsel and quality throughout the lifecycle of these developments. The firm has built projects like A at Lampost, a 17-unit affordable housing development that fully sold out in 2022.

Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation (GNDC) is dedicated to the effective use of its resources, exclusively for charitable and educational purposes related to the development and rehabilitation of high-quality affordable housing for low- to moderate-income families. GNDC also works for the revitalization and preservation of the residential neighborhood.

Mt Zion Baptist Church has been serving its congregation since 1873 and has been located on E 13th Street since 1948. Reverend Dr. Daryl L. Horton became pastor in 2021 and has led the church through their service to the community via affordable housing.

The NHP Foundation (NHPF) is a not-for-profit real estate corporation dedicated to preserving America’s affordable housing. The NHPF and Capital A Housing partnered to create Seabrook Square, an affordable apartment building in east Austin, Texas.
